Picazzo’s Pizza: Organic, Natural, Gluten, Preservative and Hormone Free

I have always loved eating at Picazzo’s, but I had no idea that they had such a huge gluten-free menu. I personally don’t have any sensitivities to gluten, however I know that it is a challenge for people with Celiac Disease to find restaurants that offer a gluten free menu. I am starting to see more restaurants that are offering gluten free items, however Picazzo’s Organic Italian Kitchen has always offered a gluten free menue. They have a huge selection of appetizers, pasta’s, pizza’s even desserts that are clearly marked “gf” ( gluten free) on the menu.

Founder Rick Freedman created the Picazzo’s concept in Sedona, Az in 2002 and has successfully expanded into several communities throughout Arizona. Picazzo’s Italian Kitchen has always provided a Gluten-Free menu but, has taken to the next level by going Organic, Natural, Gluten-Free and preservative and hormone free. When you dine at Picazzo’s you are supporting local, organic, sustainable and green practices of which they strongly participate.

Picazzo’s recognize the challenges faced by those who suffer from the genetic autoimmune disorder, Celiac Disease. Picazzo’s has created a diverse gluten-free menu that allows individuals to eat their favorite dishes while following their dietary restrictions. Picazzo’s has partnered with product specialists to develop a gluten-free flour which serves as the base for thier pizza dough, pastas, breads, and desserts. This gluten-free base has allowed Picazzo’s Pizza to make classic dishes that retain the texture and flavors of their gluten-filled counterparts on our menu.

Gluten-Free Crust gf
