Happy New Year!!
Hopefully everyone had a wonderful holiday and it’s time to get back into the swing of things and back into routine. Most people have made New Years resolutions, and now it’s time to put those goals into place and make sure to stick to them. Some research shows that it takes about 21 days to form a new habit, but of course it depends on what it is. I find it helpful to make a list and also put your goal on post it notes and place around the house, or maybe even in your car for a constant reminder. It’s important to not give up even if you miss a day, just get back on track and keep your eye on the prize! If your goal is to work out more, eat healthy, or stop smoking, find a friend or co-worker with the same goal to help each other to stay on track. Good luck!
