Some nutritionists state that you could live adequately on bee pollen alone. Its important when taking bee pollen to start with 1 to 3 granules for adults in the morning followed by water, juice or milk,and start with 1 granule for children and increase by 2 grains every day. For normal daily intake adults can take up to 1 or 2 tbsp. I don’t know how to describe the taste but it may take a little bit to get used to. Mix in yogurt, smoothie, oatmeal, or whatever you want if you don’t want to eat it out of the jar.
