Every woman I know loves The Herb Box! It’s the perfect place for a working lunch or to relax and chat with your BFF. Stephanie and I just had lunch at The Herb Box last week, and noticed that about 90% of their customers were women.

Why do all the women we know LOVE … The Herb Box, seriously love it? Maybe women have a more discriminating palette, that triggers a greater appreciation for the fresh gourmet wraps and market salads. Maybe the innovative women that founded the local hot spot, instinctively understand what women want. Maybe, it’s word of mouth, after all women love to chat and are likely to share their experiences with friends. I suspect it’s a combination.

The way I remember it ………….
I have been a LONG time patron of The Herb Box, in-fact I remember when The Herb Box Catering Company, first started offering lunch. The Herb Box already had a successful reputation catering events, when they started offering take-out lunch. (I think they may have had one little table and a couple chairs.) It wasn’t long before they were in such demand, that they expanded their business to include a small dining area. They were so busy that they eventually doubled their dining space and added a second location.

The freshly made sweet potato chips are so addicting , you will need a 7 step program to stop eating them. The Herb Box at DC Ranch goes through 120 lbs of sweet potatoes a day.
